If your child loves tractors, farms and big vehicles, the Tractor Junior Bed is a brilliant way to make the move from a cot bed feel much more exciting. Its colourful tractor shape and high-quality screen-printed graphics turn their new bed into something they can genuinely look forward to at bedtime.
Designed for children aged approximately 2–6 years, the bed sits low to the floor, has reassuringly high sides and takes a standard 70 x 140cm cot bed mattress. If you already have one in the correct size, you may be able to reuse it and simply move your child into their new bed frame.
Moving on from a cot bed is a big milestone. Choosing a bed based around something your child already loves can help make that change feel exciting rather than unfamiliar, while still keeping them in a compact sleeping space designed specifically for younger children.
The Tractor Bed has raised sides around the sleeping area, helping to create a more enclosed and reassuring space while your child gets used to sleeping in their first proper bed. Combined with its low sleeping height, it is a practical next step before moving on to a full-size single bed.
The shaped panels feature high-quality screen-printed graphics with a painted finish, giving the bed its bright tractor appearance without relying on removable stickers or decals.
The Tractor Junior Bed takes a standard 70 x 140cm cot bed mattress. If your child already has one in good condition and the correct size, you can reuse it. If not, simply add one of our compatible mattresses when ordering.
The main shaped panels are designed to slot together to create a sturdy structure, with screws only needed to secure the bed slats. That keeps assembly much more straightforward than a conventional bed frame with lots of separate fittings.
The junior proportions give your child the feeling and independence of their own proper bed without taking up the same amount of floor space as a full-size UK single bed.
